RAPT works exclusively with Fastway Couriers for all National Deliveries. 
Packages are collected twice a day at approximately 10.30am and 3pm. 

You can also Collect from the shop by choosing the option CLICK TO COLLECT at the Checkout and your item/s will be ready for you within 1-2 hours.

Auckland deliveries and some local destinations such as Hamilton are Same Day/Next Day delivery.  Elsewhere within NZ Gift delivery is generally within 1-2 Days with overnight to most destinations in the North Island and 2 Nights to most destinations in the South Island.  

Please note no parcel collection or delivery occurs during the weekend.

No guarantees can be made with delivery timelines however Fastway are very reliable. We do recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

Your Fastway tracking number will be logged for you as soon as it is packed and awaiting collection so log onto your RAPT  account or check your email to view your tracking number and you can then use the Fastway website to see exactly where your parcel is.  www.fastway.co.nz
