The first part to earning your RAPT VIP Credits is to be registered as a VIP Member.  There are two ways to register yourself:

1. Register Online
2. Register Instore

Either way you register you will be entered into the system and then you want to make sure you use the same account every time your shop with RAPT so your credits accrue no matter how you like to shop be it online shopping or instore shopping.

If you have registered instore and never logged in online the system automatically sets your password up as your email so when you go to log in for the first time your log in and password will be your email.  Once you are logged in we recommend that you alter your password to something you'll remember to secure your account.

EARNING CREDITS INSTORE


It's as easy as giving one of our friendly Rapt Staff your name at the point of sale.  They'll look you up in the system so that anything your purchase is recorded against your account earning you credits.

Q: What if I forget to get them to look me up and complete the sale?    
A: Get the sale assistant to reprint a receipt and we will manually adjust your credits for you.

EARNING CREDITS ONLINE


Simply make sure you log in using the same account every time and everything you purchase gifts online on that account will therefore be added to your total.

Q: What if I have more than one account or open a new one as I can't access my old details?      A: Simply email info@raptonline.co.nz explaining the situation and we will merge the details onto the active account.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS


Forgetting your password will lock you out of your account preventing you from earning RAPT Credits however our easy to use system allows you to reset your password in no time.  Simply go to the Log In Page and eenter your email and then
