On a rare occasion you the buyer might change your mind or receive damaged or faulty goods but don't worry, a solution is at hand and Rapt will be there to look after you.  We care about you and your gift experience with Rapt so here is the process for returned goods:
1. "I've Changed My Mind"
That's OK!  Simply email us at info@raptonline.co.nz within 10 days of receipt of your Rapt Gift and tell us if yu would like a credit note or exchange and if you have decided on what to exchange for let us know that too.  Send it back to us in original condition with all packaging enclosed and once received we will issue your cedit note/exchange.
2. "My Goods are Faulty"
From time to time unfortuantely goods are damaged in transit or are faulty but don't worry Rapt will have it all fixed up in a jiffy!  Simply email us at info@raptonline.co.nz tell us what is happened and we will give you instructions to sort a return and repair or replacement.  On the rare occasion we cannot repair or replace we will offer an exchange or full refund.

We carefully inspect all our product before it is sent and every effort is made to package all goods securely in order to avoid any damage.
