Buying your Gifts with RAPT really is very simple: here's some easy instructions:
1. Use the Designated Categories or Search Panel to Browse the Gifts Available.
2. Once you've seen what you want you can click on the product to find out more information and view larger and more pictures if available.
3. Click on the 'Add to Cart' Button and you'll see the product fly into your Mini Cart located on the left column of your screen (this keeps you up to date with what's in your Cart)
4. Make sure if you want to select a special Greeting Card you add that to your Cart
5. Once you've made all your selections hit the 'Cart' button on the top left hand of your screen which will take you to your Cart where all the products you've selected will appear. Here you can remove or adjust quantities to suit and once you're happy simply click 'Checkout' to proceed through to the Checkout page with all of your chosen Gifts.
6. At the checkout you will be asked to enter all your details, choose a delivery option and Register if you are not signed in as a Member. You will also have Payment Options of paying by Credit Card, Bank Deposit or Layby (a time bank deposit option)
7. If you've opted to pay by Credit Card you will then be directed to a DPS screen which is NZ's most secure payment gate where you will be asked to enter your credit card details and your payment will process over a few seconds.
8. This is the order complete - you will then receive an email confirming your order and if you have opted for Layby or Bank Deposit your email will contain payment information.
9. Once your order is packed to go you will receive a 2nd email advising you of the Fastway Tracking Number so you can track your Parcels journey. |
