PLEASE NOTE: When you order a Unique RAPT Gift, it is sent without a packing slip, therefore if you are sending direct to someone special it is an idea to ensure you include a special message card which RAPT provides FREE of charge or purchase a Greeting Card and we will write your personal message on it for you. That way your Special Gift will arrive just as if it was sent directly from you. We do note (if no message is included) who has sent the order on the Gift Address Label so if this is not wanted please just let us know.

Nationally delivered Gifts are collected twice daily at approximately 10am and 3pm by Fastway Couriers and delivery can be expected within 12 -48 hours (excluding weekends, depending on the area it is being delivered to). Rural Delivery is passed from Fastway to NZ Post and can be expected to take 4-6 days. Please note no guarantees are made on delivery and times listed are approximate only with delivery and online services only available Mon- Fri.

To get your tracking details log into your RAPT account or check your email inbox for our Shipping Notification email which will contain your tracking details. International Deliveries are made using NZ Post and tracked items can be viewed on the NZ Post website www.nzpost.co.nz using the same instructions as above for National Deliveries. Not all International Deliveries are tracked as you select at the checkout and non-tracked parcels are sent at the buyers risk. |
