Nationally delivered Gifts are collected twice daily at approximately 10am and 3pm by Fastway & Courier Post Couriers and delivery can be expected within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Auckland Deliveries can be expected to take 12-24 hours (excluding weekends)

International deliveries are sent via NZ Post and whilst RAPT offers both Standard Post and Tracked Post Gift Delivery Option it is recommended you opt for the Tracked Post option as Standard Post Delivery is at your own risk. Therefore should your parcel go astray or be damaged in transit there would be no replacement offered.

PLEASE NOTE: When you order a Unique RAPT Gift it is sent without a packing slip, therefore if you are sending direct to someone special it is an idea to ensure you include a special message card which RAPT provides FREE of charge or purchase a Greeting Card and we will write your personal message on it for you. That way your Special Gift will arrive just as if it was sent directly from you.
You can also be assured your gift will be delivered looking Absolutely Fabulous. RAPT packages are sent out with premium gift wrapping, perfect packaging and fully branded!

| TRACKING YOUR RAPT GIFT DELIVERY |
| RAPT National deliveries are sent using Fastway or Courier Post Couriers and you can track the progress of your parcel by logging into their website. To get your tracking details log into your RAPT account and copy and paste the related tracking number into the website at www.fastway.co.nz or www.courierpost.co.nz and you will get the latest update on it's progress. | International Deliveries are made using NZ Post and tracked items can be viewed on the NZ Post website www.nzpost.co.nz using the same instructions as above for National Deliveries. Not all International Deliveries are tracked as you select at the checkout and non-tracked parcels are sent at the buyers risk. |
