RAPT works exclusively with Fastway Couriers for all national deliveries. Packages are collected twice a day at approximately 10.30am and 3pm. Auckland deliveries and some local desitinations such as Hamilton are same day, next day delivery. Elsewhere overnight - two nights is the expected timeline. Please note no parcel collection occurs during the weekend and Saturday deliveries are only by special arrangement.
Your Fastway tracking number will be logged for you as soon as it is packed an awaiting collection so log into the website to view your tracking number and you can then use the Fastway website to see exactly where your parcel is.
Please allow two days for delivery to save any disappointment however if you have an urgent delivery requirement please detail at the checkout and we will do what we can to ensure your needs are met.
