You try to guess what other players are going to answer to the most ridiculous set of questions imaginable. RAPT works exclusively with Fastway Couriers for all national deliveries. Packages are collected twice a day at approximately 10.30am and 3pm. Auckland deliveries and some local desitinations such as Hamilton are same day, next day delivery. Elsewhere overnight - two nights is the expected timeline. Please note no parcel collection occurs during the weekend and Saturday deliveries are only by special arrangement.

Your Fastway tracking number will be logged for you as soon as it is packed an awaiting collection so log into the website to view your tracking number and you can then use the Fastway website to see exactly where your parcel is.

Please allow two days for delivery to save any disappointment however if you have an urgent delivery requirement please detail at the checkout and we will do what we can to ensure your needs are met.

All International Deliveries are made using a tracked or untracked post service via NZ Post - for more information go to our Delivery Page

Please note when sending gifts overseas tracked post will be managed and sorted should your parcel not be received by Rapt Online however with the standard post option this is at your own risk.
