If you’re not happy, we’re not happy and we want to make sure your product arrives on time as expected every time.

On receipt of your goods if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at
info@raptonline.co.nz and notify us of the reasons for your dissatisfaction.  

Returns that are received by us within 10 days from receipt of delivery will be offered a choice of a replacement, an exchange or credit note.  The goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging accompanied with the original packing slip. 

We carefully inspect all our product before it is sent and every effort is made to package all goods securely in order to avoid breakage, however if your purchase should suffer damage in transit please notify us by emailing
info@raptonline.co.nz explaining the issue and we will arrange a pick up of the product for replacement.  Please make sure when the pick up arrives the package is repacked as it was received with packing slip and all packaging intact.
 
We will notify you via email and keep you up to date on where things are at with receipt of returns and replacements etc but should you have any concerns at all please just email us.

 

Unfortunately courier charges are non refundable, including any returned freight costs. The only exceptions on this will be if the item was faulty, damaged in transit or sent to you in error in which case delivery charges will be covered by RAPT.

Replacements and exchanges are subject to product availability however we will do our utmost to ensure you are satisfied and problems resolved as quickly as possible.

RAPT reserves the right to refuse replacement or credit on any returned product that is used, damaged, not in its original packaging or accompanied by the original packing slip. We will not accept any responsibility for any returned product that is lost or is damaged in transit. We will only accept goods returned with prior notification.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and soon American Express. For international customers, please be aware that your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion.   RAPT will not cover the cost of these charges or accept responsibility for any currency conversion charges.
RAPT  does not store any credit card information.  When making  a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage provided by DPS payment gateway to enter your details . 

Goods will be shipped once payment has been received and funds have been cleared.
