RAPT works exclusively with Fastway Couriers for all national deliveries.
Packages are collected twice a day at approximately 10.30am and 3pm.
Auckland deliveries and some local desitinations such as Hamilton are same day, next day delivery. Elsewhere overnight - two nights is the expected timeline. Please note no parcel collection occurs during the weekend and Saturday deliveries are only by special arrangement.
Your Fastway tracking number will be logged for you as soon as it is packed an awaiting collection so log into the website to view your tracking number and you can then use the Fastway website to see exactly where your parcel is.
Please allow two days for delivery to save any disappointment however if you have an urgent delivery requirement please detail at the checkout and we will do what we can to ensure your needs are met.
If you are buying a special birthday gifts, anniversary gift, wedding gift or Christmas gift that is time critical it is best to give us a few days notice so we can ensure that we plan when to send your gift ensuring it arrives on time. Please be aware that whilst we make our best efforts to ensure timely delivery we are reliant on the couriers and every now and then things do not occur as hoped but we will be there to rectify any issues shoudl they occur. 99.9% of the time evrythign runs to plan so don't worry! |

International Delivery Information
All International Shipping is managed by NZ Post and charged in NZD via their International Courier System or standard postal system with delivery in most cases between 1 and 6 days. Choosing a courier option will of course mean your gifts are tracked so should anything occur in transit items can be replaced at the carriers cost. Choosing a standrad postal option is at your own risk, we have sent 100's of parcels out on standard post and it has not been an issue however should something occur this is at your risk.
